Erica DyReyes has spent the majority of her career as an Employee Relations Director for a Fortune 500 company providing consultation and training to human resources professionals on a variety of topics which include policy interpretation and application, leaves of absence, accommodation requests, discipline, documentation, EEOC responses and mediations, and investigations.

Erica started Employee Relations Consulting because she has the experience and passion to provide effective and empowering training and consulting to organizations and individuals.
