  • ADA

In honor of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) celebrating 30 years this month, I am sharing free and helpful ADA resources for my July resource. The ADA applies to employers with 15 employees or more.

The EEOC enforces the ADA in the workplace. There is a plethora of helpful information on the site including specific guidance for specific disabilities such as cancer and epilepsy. Always check the resources here for any ADA questions.

    EEOC: Disability Discrimination

The U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) does not enforce the ADA, but it does offer publications and other technical assistance on the basic requirements of the law.
