Key Training Highlights

Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA): This program highlights the most important aspects of this very detailed regulation and reviews eligibility and paperwork requirements, timeframes for completion, how leave is taken and measured, and trigger words for managers.

Wage and Hour 101 (FLSA): This program reviews the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) guidelines on minimum wage, overtime pay, meal periods, rest breaks, recordkeeping, and child labor standards for both full-time and part-time employees.
