What can I expect working with your company?

We listen. We are responsive. We are service-driven. After spending over 20 years in professional services, you can expect professional service. You will normally receive a response within 24 hours. Even if we don’t have an answer, we will always respond as soon as possible and let you know that we have received your request and we are looking into it.

Do you work with clients locally or nationwide?

Nationwide. We are located in the Philadelphia area but we have clients nationwide. We frequently utilize video conferencing but we also travel to client locations as needed.

How many employees do you have?

We have one full-time employee, who is also the founder and CEO, Erica DyReyes. Although she is the only full-time employee, she has a virtual assistant and a team of consultants available as needed for larger projects.

What do you charge?

Our fees depend on many factors. We generally charge by the project, not by the hour. The factors that we use to determine our fees include the scope of the project, the turnaround time, as well the level of customization needed for completion.
